Tourism Minister back from decision of 'safe ground handling' to Himalaya Airlines after waring of NAC's Unions

Kathmandu: Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Yogesh Bhattarai has back from the decision to permit 'safe ground handling' facility to the Himalaya Airlines after the waring of Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC)'s Trade Unions. They are warn if not revised the decision of Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) to permit 'safe ground handling' facility to the Himalaya Airlines, they will go to movement to safe NAC.

Minister Bhattarai directed the CAAN to not implement the decision to permit 'safe ground handling' facility to the Himalaya Airlines. He garnered information about the permission granted to the Himalaya Airlines. The Minister invited Director General at CAAN Rajan Pokharel at his office and directed Pokhrel not to implement the decision for the time being, according to the high-placed source.
