NOC to insure Olympians against COVID-19

Kathmandu: The Nepal Olympic Committee (NOC) will insure all Olympic athletes against COVID-19. A virtual meeting of the Committee on Saturday took a decision in this regard. Athletes receiving training for the upcoming Olympic and coaches, the committee members and staffs will also be insured against the deadly virus, said the committee.    
On the occasion, it had been informed that infected Secretary General of the Nepal Olympic Committee Nilendra Raj Shrestha and other three staffs have been free of the virus. The meeting extended wishes for speedy recovery of infected Olympian Jeet Bahadur KC.
