NA hosting concert for first time to public during Shivaratri and Army Day

Kathmandu: The Nepalese Army (NA) is very first time hosting a musical concert and pyrotechnics display during the Mahashivaratri and Army Day on February 24.

NA's musical band will perform various musical shows target public and youths of the Valley, said Brigadier General and spokesperson of NA Tara Bahadur Karki.

The celebrations will take place at the Army Pavilion, Tundhikhel.

The band concert and a display of fireworks will begin from 5 pm onwards following formal Mahashivaratri parade and army drill at Tundikhel, said Karki.

Entrance for the arriving music lovers will be free of cost so as to gather maximum participation, said the army.

The public will be allowed to enter the venue from eastern and western gates and through the gates adjacent to NAC and Sahid Gate.
