Five persons arrested with 38 tolas of gold

Kathmandu: Police have arrested five persons with 38 tolas of gold. They are Devraj Dahal of Siddhicharan municipality-5 in Okhaldhunga, Ram Chandra Chalise of Melamchi municipality-11 in Sindhupalchwok, Ram Tamang, Hui Bahadur Tamang and Rajan Tamang of Dhulikhel in Kavrepalanchowk.    
 

They had come to Kathmandu after stealing around 38 tolas of gold and cash from a house of Maili Tamang of Panchkhal municipality-2 of Kavrepalanchowk on Saturday. Kavre Police had issued a notice with facial appearance to search the looters and a team mobilized from Metropolitan Police Circle, Lainchour, arrested them from Dragon Disco.    
 

They have been sent at the District Police Office, Kavrepalanchowk, for further investigation Sunday itself.
