Airlines companies requried to show government certified PCR report

Kathmandu: The Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation is to certify the test for Corona Virus carried out only in the health academies and hospitals determined by the Ministry.    
    
Sending a circular to the Nepal Civil Aviation Authority on Thursday, the Ministry warned of taking action as Ministry has received the complaint that the international air service providers are found making passengers to undergo PCR test for coronavirus at the hospital and centre of their interest.    
Issuing a press release, the Ministry said that it has send the written directives to the Authority to implement it as well as ask all airline companies implement the decision as per the decision of the Ministry as action would be taken against any air service company if found carrying out activities against the decision.    
The press release reads that the Authority has been requested to direct the air service companies for certifying the PCR test carried out in any government health academies, hospitals, private health academies, hospital and health institutions determined by the government.    
The government has decided to resume regular international flights with some condition from September 1. The Tourism Ministry has already released a flight schedule of international airlines as per the decision.
