NMB Bank getting loan equal to 25 million US Dollars from IFC   

Kathmandu: NMB Bank is to get loan equal to 25 million US Dollars from International Finance Corporation (I FC) for two years.

According to the Bank, the amount would be spent for the promotion of small and middle-scale business facing problems due to coronavirus.

Chief Executive officer of the Bank, Sunil KC, said that the loan would help promote small and middle-scale enterprises as well as solar project including promotion of renewal energy.

CEO KC and Acting Resident Representative of IFC, Santosh Pandey, signed the bilateral agreement in this regard.
The NMB has been investing in promotion and development of Nepal's energy as well as small and middle-scale industries.

NMB has become the only bank getting loan continuously from IFC.
