Kathmandu: Bishnu Bhai Shrestha has been installed as the President of Federation of Contractors’ Association of Nepal. The post had fallen vacant after then President Sharad Kumar Gauchan was shot dead in the Capital recently.
Shrestha was the senior vice chair of the Association. The working committee of the association on Monday took a decision in this regard.
The meeting further decided to launch pressure-exerting programmes to compel the government authorities to bring Gauchan's murderers to book.
